Turinta

Founded by Eva and Hilario Sanchez in 1976, Turinta started out with a road map of Portugal which included a hotel guide. More maps were gradually added over the years and Turinta is now a significant company, publishing a wide range of maps and guides which are invaluable to the Portuguese and tourists alike. The Turinta maps were converted to digital format in the 1990's and in 1998, Eva and Hilario Sanchez were joined in the company by their son, Jamie, who is now at the helm following their retirement. The company produced the official UEFA map for the EURO 2004 championships.
